Valute casing
Massive welded structure enforced with steel profile. Connecting flanges according to DIN 24154 R3 a DIN 24158 R3
Impeller wheel
Welded version with 8 backward curved blades with optimal geometry of flow. In two levels statically and dynamically balanced according to VDI 2060 of high-grade degree Q 6.3.
Suction nozzle
It is manufactured as weldment, appropriately aerodynamicly shaped, at special version designed as suction cone.
Shaft
Made of material St 50 or C 45 formed as flexural rigidity bearer. The finish of the shaft by groove with tight spring according to DIN 6885, page 1.

Protective equipment
Protection of belt gear, protection of shaft and suction fender according to DIN 31001, part 1.
Base frame
Welded from steel sections, resistant to twisting.
Corrosion protection
All sides of all parts are coated with prime and upper synthetic coating.

Designed in dependence of frequency and own oscillation.
Efficiency grade of spring shock absorbers: over 90 %
Efficiency grade of rubber shock absorbers: over 75 %
Belt gear
Belt pulleys from grey cast iron, dynamically balanced, with spring collet according to ISA - IT 10.
V-belt is electrically conductive, ageing resistant.
Shaft seal
According to requirements or wishes of customer.
Cooling blade wheel.
Aluminium cast iron, in separated version.
